Candidates who have never attended any courses at the Vanuatu Maritime College should carefully complete the Registration Form and send it to the College together with: ·
To avoid unnecessary disappointment, candidates should carefully check the course programme and the notes for guidance of candidates relating to the course they wish to attend, and make sure that they have the appropriate pre-requisites.
Once the registration form has been received, the College will advise the candidate in writing whether he/she has been accepted and if not, the reasons.
Candidates who have been accepted will be informed of the dates of their course and the tuition fees. They should advise in good time whether they wish to be accommodated and/or take their meals on campus. Cost of accommodation and meals is not included in the tuition fees.
Students must bring their Seaman's Record of Service with them. If they do not yet have one, they should obtain one before arrival at the College.
Fees must be paid in full no later than the end of the first week of the course.
