Hospitality & Catering

 

For the international industry

We are able to carry out hospitality training for international vessels, and have been doing so for a number of years.  The courses on offer are shown below, but we can vary the courses to suit your individual needs.  Just call us!

 

Catering Rating

On completion of the Catering Practices and Shipboard Catering modules described below, trainees will be competent to perform the various duties of a Catering Rating aboard ship.

 

Prerequisites

The candidate must be in possession of a valid Safety Certificate and have completed the Induction, Basic English and Basic General Purpose Training modules for Overseas Ratings (see Nautical & Fishing).
