described below, trainees will be competent to perform the various
duties of a Catering Rating aboard ship.

Prerequisites
The
candidate must be in possession of a valid Safety Certificate and have
completed the Induction, Basic English and Basic General Purpose
Training modules for Overseas Ratings (see Nautical & Fishing).
