*All students wishing to
attend a Master or Engineer programme must first complete either a
Preparatory Skills programme or a Literacy and Numeracy assessment.
All seafarers serving aboard Vanuatu registered vessels must
hold a Safety Certificate.
All Masters <200GT and Engineers <300kW should hold
Advanced Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Survival Craft and Medical First
certificates. All Masters should hold Marine Radio Licences.
Course dates may be changed subject to student /
industry demand. Employers and seafarers should contact the College for
